" Affiliate" means a company we own or control, a company that owns or controls us, or a company that is owned or controlled by the same company that owns or controls us Ownership does not necessarily mean complete ownership, but means owning enough to have control.
"Nonaffiliated third party" means a company that is not an affiliate of ours.
Contracting with Third parties
In order to provide our customers with a broad range of financial products and services, we may disclose non-public personal information about you to companies who perform services for, or functions on behalf of C & G Savings Bank. These services may include marketing of C & G Savings Bank's own products or services, or financial products or services offered pursuant to joint agreement.
We use technology to manage and maintain customer information. In doing so, we may contract with other entities to perform specific support services such as, but not limited to, data processing, that may require us to provide them access to our customer information.
We require all third party service providers to contractually agree to adhere to our security and privacy guidelines.

We also take steps to safeguard customer information. We restrict access to your personal and account information to those employees who need to know that information to provide products and services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to safeguard your non-public personal information.
